Timelines:

All our products are freshly packed before dispatch and the orders will be dispatched in 4-5 working days.

Shipping  within
India:

Shipping to anywhere in India is free. We are shipping Monday through Friday via Delhivery throughout India. Orders in major cities of direct connectivity, are delivered in 03 working days. For smaller cities and remote addresses, we keep a grace of up to 7 days. Please note while placing an order for Indian delivery, an Indian number must be provided.

Custom duties/taxes and insurance are not included in your order, and may vary from country to country. If you wish to insure the packet, please do send us an email at contact@runawaybicycle.in. Runaway Bicycle cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.

Packaging:

Your order will be packed in a paper bag or a corrugated box depending on the dimensions of the package, which will be put in a compostable mailer bag. All gift boxes will be wrapped in corrugated paper to avoid damage to the gift box. We use honeycomb paper for cushioning and to wrap the fragile items like the ceramic soap dish. We try to keep our packaging minimal to reduce packaging waste.

Tracking:

For your convenience, when your item has shipped you will be emailed a tracking number. We recommend checking on tracking updates often so you can be aware of the delivery date.

 

Order 
Cancellation:

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at connect@o-w-n.in 

Returns 
and refunds:

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products.
Keep in mind our products may show slight variance as we hand make them in small batches. No refunds would be given if the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address.
